We were so impressed with Craigs work at our workplace, we invited him to quote on a personal job for us: To knock through an external wall and install a door for us. He was punctual, helpful and professional. He dealt with all the council applications needed which took the pressure off us. We had previous work done by a different builder, who didn't do this for us or advise it needed doing, so this was a great start! The pricing was transparent and we are over the moon with the quality of work completed. We will definately use them again in the future. Highly recommend!

We used Urban to replace some Upvc doors and windows. We were very happy with the care taken on measurement and quotation. Craig and his team completed the work efficiently and we are delighted with the result. Cost was fair for the high quality of work carried out.

Craig and his lovely workmate did a fantastic job replacing our bespoke large single glazed window with a double glazed one. Also rebuilding the timber stud wall that was supporting the window. Urban Specialists Ltd have done an outstanding job replacing my bathroom, and extending it into an unused corridor, also changing to a new and safe loft hatch with wooden ladder. They have been sensitive to my needs, and listened well - and achieved - what was wanted and needed.The old bathroom was removed quickly and Urban provided all the required new fittings, including a walk in shower with beautifully applied wall tiles.They worked to complete the job more quickly than expected, and at a really good standard. All three people working on the changes were very polite, all on time and worked throughout the days; they were all friendly trustworthy and helpful.I have been thrilled with the finished work, and was happy to wait some months for them to be available during a very busy time for plumbers in the area. I contacted Urban Specialists to replace the worktop and taps in the utility room. Within two days Craig called round at the specified time to quote for the job. He was able to do the work a fortnight later.I was impressed with the high standard of craftsmanship and particularly with the way he dealt with a subsequent fault with the dual tap, contacting and procuring a replacement from the supplier and fitting it within two days.If you want old fashioned values of workmanship, politeness and punctuality I recommend Urban Specialists

Nothing was too much trouble for Craig and his team. Their quotes and invoicing was clear and professionally presented. The team turned up at the time and day planned and they always met us with a smile. Every member of their team, quite literally, were a pleasure to work with. There are many skilled tradespeople out there, but in our experience, the things that make me come back to them time and again are, a 'can do' attitude, working with a smile, turning up on time and being accurate, fair and clear with quotations and pricing. Because of their great work, we have employed them repeatedly throughout July to help us with a variety of refurbishment tasks on the house we have just bought. Excellent assistance from start to finish. Am delighted with new front, porch doors and windows.Craig and Linzi helped with research and were able to come up with solutions that worked for my budget. They were able to deliver products that suited existing fittings and style of house and precluded drafts in a windy coastal location. Craig spent a lot of time ensuring a bespoke porch door was fitted beautifully and spent time with extra details that arose during fitting.
