Absolutely awful when comes to sorting you dogs ashes. Absolutely joke of a system or reception staff. Told on day I was in my credit line limit £1200.00. Then phoned asking if partner is ok to collect ashes. Was told yes, he arrives told no and more money to pay £202. Finding out today you pay a standard charge for ashes ....£380....not price I was told. Wouldn't recommend feeling ripped of and conned out of more money.

Used Stanley House Vets for the last three years with our pooch. Cannot fault the care given to her, especially when we made the hard decision to have her put to sleep. The vet on duty that day couldn't have been more kind.

Stanley House vets is an exceptional practice with incredible staff. Our beloved spaniel was taken in unexpectedly and their team were so vigilant in his care. They recognised concerns and prescribed medicine whilst informing us lack of improvement would require surgery. He's gone in for surgery today and we've been kept updated with his progress and can't wait to have him home. From their reception staff, their night nurse, vet and surgeons, we've met them all in the space of a week and I couldn't be more grateful to each and every one of them. Their compassion and kindness has made a heart wrenching week so much more manageable

Once again . I can't thank Stanley House vets enough. Nothing is ever a problem and always on hand to offer help and support. The team including the receptionist are so helpful and friendly. Our special thanks is to Elizabeth who always goes above and beyond to work with our dog , who definitely isn't the easiest to deal with on our visits .highly recommended.

Took in a stray border collie on a Saturday morning which turned out to be chipped & from a farm, I got a phone call early pm to say the owner had been contacted & had been collected which was a great relief. Stanley house were excellent throughout.

Another positive experience for our boy who visited for a day-op. We were kept informed throughout the process and it was clear upon collection that he was well cared for and fussed. The op went well and everything is as it should be. Tried and tested vets, would recommend

Still think a 30 second look over shouldn't cost 49 pounds. But I love my dogs so I guess that's the price I pay. Feel sorry for the animals out there with owners who can't afford to pay and the end result of that is the animal suffers.
