Fabulous SUP lesson with Amy. Amy was knowledgable and patient as we were all beginners. Fabulous family memories made. Both Amy and Darren were cheerful and welcoming and answered any questions we had -of which there were many! Thank you so much. We would highly recommend.

We’ve had two fantastic paddleboarding lessons at Talkin Adventures, once with Anthony then again today with Amy. The instructors are knowledgable, care for your safety and make sure you have a fun time. Great for groups, we’ve had 6-8 of us and everyone had a fab time!

We had an archery session this past weekend. It was absolutely amazing to say the least. If I had known this could be done at Talkin Tarn, I would have gone much sooner. Amy was the perfect instructor. As absolute beginners we were made to feel comfortable yet competent in no time at all. We can’t wait for our next session.

Absolutely brilliant experience. We decided on Archery as a fun activity for 3 adults and 4 kids. Leire was our instructor and she was so creative with her storytelling, really knew how to engage her audience, she was knowledgeable, kind - and hilarious! We had the best time, exceeded our expectations - thank you!

Darren makes a big effort to help families have a fun day offering a range of activities. Some are Saturday and Sunday only but we had a great mid-week archery session with Emma who gave us 1st class tuition. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic kayaking session with Amy at Talkin Adventures in August 2023. We're a family of four with children aged 10 and 8 who had kayaked just once before. Amy taught us how to paddle straight and how to turn, and we did a full 2km lap of the Tarn with no problems at all. The children had great fun as there were games to play as well. The safety equipment and briefing were first rate and all the staff we dealt with were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic about watersports and the site. Highly recommended!

Had an amazing experience with Talkin adventures. Booked raft building for a large group of adults and we all had such a fun time. The team were fabulous, were on hand for guidance and planned some great games for us and then they provided an amazing video at the end. Can't recommend them enough!!!

We had a wonderful time as a group of 10 ladies celebrating a hen do at the weekend. we did the archery and treasure chest challenge and it was so much fun! From booking enquiry to the activities on the day, Darren and his team were professional, organised, fun and we would highly recommend them for a group of friends or family looking to do something different !
