Visited 5/12/23. I went in to grab some ibuprofen among other supplies as I was feeling under the weather. The cashier demanded an ID which I did not have on my person as I had to deposit it at my hotel. You look too young to me". I am a 24 year old 6 foot male

mate the staff are just a bunch of teens/young adults that most likely don’t want to work there which makes them very rude and cheeky towards customers like me. One blonde girl at the tills we can say shouted at me in a extremely rude tone because I was at the wrong till which I didn’t even know about, I also keep witnessing whenever I come to Superdrug that the security follows customers around the place and stares at them like they’re about to steal. Hire new people because the current ones are one big disaster!!!!!!

My friend had a sickening experience at this Superdrug where a worker physically assaulted my friends and was screaming and shouting while my friend was shaking in fear just because she had mistakenly put on lotion in her bag because she thought it was her basket and was already putting it back when the women approached her. Never come here.

I had a 1 pound hand cream in my hand and I put in my bag by accident and took it out straight away a member of staff with blond hair in a pony tail glasses came over started shouting at me and pushed me out the shop and shouted at me to get my friend all because she thought because I was a teenager I would steal I would never go back there as I was crying and shaking afterwards.when I came in I noticed she was following another group of teenagers as you can see on the other reviews this lady has done the same this to a lot of teenagers/young adults.This women need fired.

I went to this store at princess street 3 times. The staff man at the cashier very rude. He look at me from my feet to head 2 times and I knew not friendly look. Feel uncomfortable and unacceptable behaviour.

My partner had to buy few things and she was not sure what she needed, also new place for her, we noticed the staff kept on following us for no reason, it was a clear case of racial profiling, I noticed but I don’t say anything. We bought few items and went to checkout area, my wife was looking at few items near checkout area but the sales assistant said “those items are not on sale ! He was very rude. I replied to him she was just looking, the guy was very rude. I have been in country for quite a few years now and able to notice racial profiling, you can actually tell if someone is following you around the shop. Horrible service.

Staff was so rude . Especially cashier Lexus. He was so rude while payment he didn't even scanned my superdrug card and asked me to pay the amount without it . When i told him to scan he just took the products and said i can't sell it to you buy from somewhere else. Really disappointed
