I collected some Sodium Hypochlorite from them. The “Hypo” was fresh unlike other places I have used previously. The lady who served me was super friendly too.

Brilliant service and expertise. They installed a new liner to my old tired pool with the minimum of fuss. Arrived when they said they were going to arrive, did a brilliant job and provided service above and beyond. The whole crew are superb and incredibly helpful. Couldn’t recommend higher.

Absolutely appalling company to deal with if I could give them 0 stars then I would !Ordered some pool lights from them over a year ago which I then found to be extremely overpriced. Subsequently ordered them elsewhere for a fraction of the price. Immediately cancelled my order with them.Then over a year later they have decided to send me a bill stating my account is overdue….. When I try to call them up to explain that it’s an error my account is not overdue. I never received the goods and immediately cancelled the order. They state you’re accounts overdue so you’ve been sent the letter. I would highly suggest you avoid this company non existent customer service, overpriced and can never get through to them on the phone.

Harris Pools is the worst firm I have ever dealt with. To be clear, not the worst pool maintenance firm, the worst firm in any field of business. They came, wrecked my pool and then never contacted me again. I phoned them every day for a week; most of the time nobdy answered, when somebody did by accident, they promised to get back to me but surprise, surprise never did. I should really have sued them for the damage, but instead have had to get another company to repair what they had done. I will not be paying them, although to be fair they can't even be bothered to ask. I mentioned my experience to a few neighbours, who were not surprised - 'they are useless' being the general response. Anyway, save your blood pressure and don't even think about using them; they are breathtakingly incompetent and unhelpful.

No stars! Technically we didn’t actually use them. We tried. Again. And again. And again. If you can get them to answer the phone it will be a miracle. And if that miracle should happen and they actually answer the phone, don’t hold your breath waiting for the promised return call - it will never come. They are truly the worst company you’ll ever deal with. I’ve never had to deal with anyone so unprofessional, ever. Just save your phone bill, your blood pressure and your sanity and go elsewhere. Today is 2 August and we’ve been trying to sort out a problem with them since April. Good luck!
