I would leave 0 stars if possible. Ordered through Just Eat (just as awful and can't contact them) had to wait over an hour for delivery. Tried ringing the restaurant and was told they couldn't cancel the order. Tried contacting JE, you can't ring them. Cannot cancel the order online. Rang restaurant again, spoke to someone who was very offence, calling my wife love when she requested him not to. Refused to help us. If I were you, I would do as I am going to do, and never use this chippy again. Truly awful customer service. As I write this another 10 minutes have gone by, and still no food! Truly appalling service.

Ordered through JUST EAT, photographer had uploaded pictures before approval, menu showing pie and chips is pie only, rang and spoke to shop itself. Boss explained error and and apologies and delivered chips personally, now that's customer service for you. Many thanks blue ocean chippy staff.

So basically ordered jus got batter for a large fish which was in meal deal of 16 quid 20 quid delivered disgusting fried peace of batter with a few shards of some sort of white fish kitten wouldn't eat it either anyway am sick this sort of service so before ya say oh you should've contacted us directly no doesn't make a diffence what you guys sent me was almost criminal I will be supplying picture of now said garbage to this review n I'd avoid these sorts of places like the plage I actually thought I was ordering from grimsby chippy grate food there never let me down but the misses ordered from this place by mistake now go to bed hungry after a hard days graft avoid this place as I say

Used to be the best chippy in the area. Must be new owners as it’s no longer fit fir a dog.Stale reheated food half the sized portionsCheap pies with no meat just gravy stuff. Hard nann breads.Won’t be using again

have been getting food from here for years and it's always been goodhowever I had chicken on Wednesday and it was very dried up and looked like it had been reheated. Chips were staleI woke up with severe D&V in the early hours of Thursday morning and am still very unwell today. have spoken to GP and they confirmed that these are classic food poisoning symptomsam very disappointed

All i want to say you guys keep it up you are the best in leicester and best fish and chips moreover staff always have smile on their face last but not the least , you cant beat the portion of food they provide Thanks see you soon
