Can't believe I'm reviewing a Greggs since they are all the same (hot pies!) and I don't love chains, however it was reassuring to see a place properly following the covid hygiene rules. Masks on employees plus a big clear screen, doors open to ventilate, hand gel at door. We walked on past a couple of other places in Dalkeith due to seeing things like food being prepared by people with masks down at the chin etc.

Omfg what the hell happened to the sausage rolls they are gross they have changed the recipe and now the only half decent food Greggs at Dalkeith have is a sandwich.

Came in for a little snack. Got what I wanted, Joshua was a champ. Got me and kids fed eh. Was worried about Christmas dinner but josh said the sandwich selection is quite popular and defo filling enough for me, my 4 baby mamas and our collective 13 1/2 kids. Getting quite emotional as I remember this stellar encounter. 10/10 would go againGives good head

Greggs, perfect for a quick bite, not too expensive either. Scotch pies are superb, but not straight from the oven as you will lose your taste buds for a while lol. Wee apple danish are also a go to.

A smaller cosier wee Greggs with just a couple if indoor tables but some outside too. Always good quality food and the staff here are friendly and helpful.

Got 4 sausages rolls and all were burnt. Was over charged for our food. And both large lattes were only filled up with regular drinks. Wouldn’t recommend. Would much rather go to Bonnyrigg greggs
