Rooms looked like they were still being furnished. Bath overflow wasn’t plumbed in so shower water splashed down underneath bath. Rooms felt rundown and a bit dirty.Functional and fairly cost-effective for one week of parking.Wouldn’t stay again.

Very budget. Wasn't dirty, just a bit scary and unrefined. You can't beat the airport location and the check-in hours. My room had a kettle and a fridge, no other amenities.

Staff not helpful at all.No 1 bothered to clean rooms we stayed 4 nights with kids.Room heaters were on only after 5pm and switched off after 2 hours. We have to remind after 5 pm to on the heater. Then they make a face. Thinking we are a burden on them.I'm not going there again.The management should look into this matter.

Arrived and checked in with no problems easy to find we had a quad room very clean and basic needs.We stated overnight for an early flight.20 mins walk to weatherspoons for dinner.Parking was available on site with no issues we left one car here for 8 days which was very reasonable priced.

The bed was comfortable enough for a overnite stay. Not sure if it's under new management but needs a bit of tidying up. Only downfall no mirror or dressing table mirror i Had to dry mine blind.

Very noisy as we were in a room directly across from reception and were woken up on numerous occasions, sheets were clean but unfortunately what was underneath wasn't, the mattress protecter was stained and crumbs on it, toilet had no seat. Tv didn't work either. It was on the bus route for gatwick north so glad we only stayed one night

Stayed for one night before flying. Left car there for 11 nights. Excellent. Very helpful person on reception. Just a bit of a shame there was nowhere to eat on site. Very nice pub just up the road though 5 mins walk. Also website needs to update taxi prices. Booked from hotel it cost £20.00 and £27 on return as we didn't book same guy.

The hotel is hard to find if you don't know where it is, the room we stayed in had 5 single beds, no double, all beds were stained although all the sheets were fresh, there was a TV in the room but no signal, some of the windows wouldn't even close. We used the location more for parking but honestly wish we hadn't. Could have been so much better if the hotel is being renovated needs to work on the basics and the service.
