I went around 8:30am and it wasn't busy so I was served quickly. The Oat Matcha Latte was everything! Loved it

Came for a morning coffee. Like the location and the (but slow.. 3mb max) free wifi. But after I sat down, plugging my laptop, waiting to my coffee.. I was asked by a young gent to move as the place was booked. No sign. No nothing. Even the guy wasn't a staff member!Needed to move to a non-electricity-plug nearby table with me struggling having open laptop and coffee on a 50cm radius table. I wish the ceo of this brand will try to work with a coffee and a laptop on this round table.The food and the coffee is great as always.

We ordered 4 different fresh juices. They were all really good. No added sugars, just fresh juice. The Go Away Doc was very refreshing, especially after walking about the city all day.

OMG the staff is so rude!! I mean like srsly it’s just like they don’t want to communicate which makes you feel low!! I went to this branch and the girl at counter was (without even listening to me properly) like “no you did not order at this branch and when I says so what’s the post code of this branch she didn’t even listen and made me feel like as if I’m lying!! Then they realized finally after so long that my food which they prepared long time ago was in a corner!! I mean they don’t even know the full address if where they’re working and don’t listen to staff completely!!

I usually really like these places - but in this store, the guy was rude. I was standing there waiting for about 5 minutes before he told me I was not standing in the correct place to be served... The place was dead! If this was me, I would have said oh can I help you?" for example.Won't be going back - Pret is just a few doors down :)"

Food is usually great. Who is recruiting the staff? Rude and they have 0 customer service skills at this branch. The food take ages because the staff were too busy talking to each-other. I asked for napkins and the lady behind the till said there should be some in the station behind, there was none and they didn’t even bother restocking. After taking the first bite of mine I realised it was a lot colder than usual which was disappointing but they did take a while so it makes sense. My partner found a hair in his food which then put me off mine too. Very disappointed. 20:0520.05.2023

The coffee was good (B+), the outlet itself is nice (A-) and the location offers interesting views. The staff was, nevertheless, not the kindest i have encountered (D-).Overall experience: recommended if you don't need a smile with your coffee or if you are not having a bad day.

Convenient location near bishopsgate. Good choice of smoothies and juice. We tried avo smoothie and cucumber pineapple juice. Both were good and tasty.One thing I observed and wanted to provide constructive feedback is about cleanliness of sofa’s and tables. After ordering we decided to seat and enjoy our juice. But sofa and tables on the left side of doors once you enter the store were not clean. It is understandable that due to current situation they might be understaffed but please maintain basic cleanliness as your location is really good and you serve good food. Just a constructive feedback, thank you!!

Been here a few times, mostly good vibes, nice atmosphere, staff are ok.There was one time where I ordered something I order a lot (blue magic) and I know what it’s supposed to taste like, but it didn’t taste remotely as good as what’s it’s meant to taste, so I went up to the lady who made the drink, explained it to her and she was kind enough to make another one that them tasted good.
