Brilliant outlet shop with great choice and value

I come to buy a pair of shoes that sale from £40 to £26 that is a nice deal. However, the customer service is not quite great. Overall I give 4 stars because of I love Levi's products and the store is quite clean and management.

I bought several pairs of jeans, the store is organised, clean and the staff are fantastic. Thank you very much for your help, advice and assistance with returns/exchanges/purchases. I look forward to future visits.Highly recommended to all

I only went in to try on some jeans so I could figure out what size to buy online in the sales but I was looking for low rise only and they didn't stock any! Abhorrent! One girl tried to tell me they had them but then slyly snuck in that they were in fact mid rise. Cheeky! Anyway, I found my size (25 waist, thank you very much tsss! Yes I sizzle when you touch me) but I was so disappointed at their stock level I went and ate a five guys so goodbye tiny waist. Now I have to go back and try them on again and I farted in their jeans so I'm sure I'll get some dirty looks when I go back. The whole day was a disaster
