Barry arrived on time, with everything he needed to complete the work. He is knowledgeable and answered each of my questions in a direct and friendly manner. My multi fuel stove was thoroughly checked and cleaned. The quantity and quality of the soot removed was assessed and I was given advice regarding suitable fuels. All parts of the service was completed professionally, without mess and with regard to the property. I have made a note to have him return next time.
