While I do expect to pay a bit more on the highstreet than online I didn't expect to have to pay £9.50 to have 12 sheets of paper printed out and they was in black and white not colour as I was expecting.

I came in to your Louth store today as I needed a correctly taken passport sized photo. The staff there were snotty, made me feel very ill at ease, they weren’t professional, the quality wasn’t what I expected and the pose was incorrect. The reason I came was to make sure I had a correctly taken photo. And to be told that it wasn’t her job to tell me how to sit, I had may as well have taken my money to a photo booth. Very poor service, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Always use Colorgrafix for my prints, photo books,, frames and albums, very friendly staff and very helpful, had a slight problem with a few prints, very quickly sorted for me. Would highly recommend them
