Staff here are fine, i come here all the time and always fine. They're people not machines

I am local live down the road . I have a very bad experience tonight at 11.15pm staff is working at the back . I have to lift up one of the petrol gun to get they attention . When the the staf saw us 3 times.but still go back to the back store. When they come out after and let us in and give us a very bad attitude . We Just wanted get some goods . What is all this about ? Where is m and s standards. They need a better management. And this place is 24 hours service what a joke. Is 3 degree out side . Hopefully the management will see this review and sort it out.

It’s your typical BP and M&S store. Expensive but always open at your convenience. Never had any problems with staff. New people do get employed and obtain experience over time. Never had anyone speak to me disrespectfully or unprofessionally. Overall a great store.

Everyday a differnt experience but always at good prices, depending on what u buy.

Just visited M&S Snodland, customer service terrible, I was at the petrol pump waiting for the magic button to be pushed while two M&S employees were chatting. I was waiting at least 3 minutes, there were no customers at the counter so it was not busy. Jenny and some other lady with BRIGHT coloured lipstick just stood there talking and they said, all i can say is that i am sorry" who cares

They've had a revamp and the layout is much better. The choice is good. There's area seating for the cafe which I didn't use.OK, 2 stars - after reading the most recent reviews I sensed a theme going on and unfortunately I have to agree re the attitude of the M&S staff. Disinterested, no manners whatsoever and a look at you like you're trash off the street. How do these people get hired with such appalling attitudes? Retraining comes to mind.BTW- I have been served by the cafe team before and they were the complete opposite and genuinely nice people.

INEPT CLUELESS STAFFLet me start off & say there are some hardworking older staff at this store (not many). What does let it down is the inept younger staff who haven’t the blindest clue of Customer Service or just plain manners!If you live local and use this garage (like I did!), you’ll probably use to this by now...lack of staff on tills, when they are on the tills their either texting or chatting with co-workers when customers are queueing to the door. Rude, sharp blunt, and disinterested, did I mention customer service does not register on their vocabulary especially if you are unfortunate enough to be served by one of the stroppy teenagers on the tills.M&S you need to look at how you train your staff particularly at this store. My only hope is that someone from M&S BP read this and send in a secrete Shopper!Then you’ll realise why your Retail profits are in decline.....

There's so many people looking for work right now and yet there's one miserable woman is still employed here. Rude and abhorrent, lacking any customer skills whatsoever, I now avoid going in if I see this repugnant woman behind the counter. Most of the staff are pleasant and helpful, but one person spoils it for M&S.

A good pop in supermarket. It has a good range of produce and snack foods. It has a hot food and drink counter. The staff are helpful.

Inept Clueless and Rude StaffThe Holborough lakes branch is managed by a very rude young lady, who does't merit been a staff let alone a manager. When there to buy M&S vouchers, payment transactions did't go through because of poor mobile network. Following day i realised i was charged for 2 vouchers without been given the vouchers, asked for a refund and instead of processing the refund, was evasive, uncouth and rude
