Very disappointed with this company, ordered a gym ball for my uncle who’s recovering from a stroke, no gym ball a week after it was meant to be posted. Tracking was down as DPD tracked, but after phoning the company the reckon it was sent Royal Mail. Very poor service, will not be using again
