So pleased - and relieved - to have Robert's service yesterday. I noticed the defunct TV aerial hanging by one screw yesterday morning. Storm Ciara due. One call, arrived as promised, TV aerial safely removed. Thank you!

There's not enough stars to rate this fella as much as I do. Christmas eve morning he's come out and sorted an aerial for us and supplied power to every room that has a socket. Very pleasant and polite and a total pleasure to deal with.

Ordered an item from a 3rd party and I needed to check some details, I left a message with Robert and he called me back very promptly and was very professional and polite. He knowledge was very good, wanting to help and clearly very good in his field. Shame I don`t live closer to use his services more.

Phoned wades yesterday with problems on all tvsHe'd diagnosed problem on pulling up at properly booster box on aerial faultyReplaced and reset all tellys . One telly had lost all tv settings and took ages to reset . Very kind professional service . Would highly recommendNow watching telly in HD

If I could give this place no stars I would.DO NOT BOTHER GIVING THEM BUSINESS. Their website suggests they are open more days than they are & reads totally different to their opening & closing sign on their door. I rang them twice last week & had to leave messages. NOBODY bothered returning my call. I rang again yesterday & was unable to leave a message this time DUE TO MAILBOX BEING FULL - that tells you they can't be bothered to listen to their messages or need the business - ever. I then rang the mobile number when yet again I had to leave a voicemail message but this time I did get a call back & it was from a real human being. After explaining my query with a repair I needed doing, I was told by Robert to go to the shop tomorrow (being now today) to drop it in but they were closing at 2.00pm. I am disabled so I had to get friends to put the 48 TV in the back of my car for me. I rushed down to the shop straight from work when arriving at 1.15pm I found the shop locked & in complete darkness despite their webite stating they shut at 4.30pm today & their door sign stating 5.00pm. I waited for 15 minutes (to give the benefit of doubt) but no-one showed up so YET AGAIN I rang the mobile number & YET AGAIN got the answer machine. Yes

Brilliant service and very thorough. We had months of problems with all TV’s in the house . We are so happy with the job that Wades have done . He found the problem with our aerial , re-programmed all TV’s , installed our new sky stream , reduced the amount of unnecessary wires we had from over the years , the result of this ,everything is running the best it ever has in our household .Highly recommend .

Sorted out my sky dish to smart tv, mounted the tv on the wall and like the electrical magician he is, made all the wires and cables disappear. Took his time and did a great job. Couldn’t be happier.

Months of sressfùl problems galoe with so much wrong before ... wades stepped in. WOW! Unbelievable top of the range service with so much patient hard going work carried out efficeintly and so perfectly even with simple after sorted explanation on what does what!!! Im so relieved I cannot thank enough this professional work by a suberb person. A+++++++++++++++ thank you from everywhere!
