Had what I needed, the price was fine

I brought 12 railings from Wickes Wrexham, paid over £900 for these items and requested for them to be delivered on Friday 9th December. I received an email the day before that these railings would be delivered by 2 different courier's. On the day of delivery, only received 3 railings, the other courier cancelled their delivery to me. On the Monday, delivery turned up late that day and the 9 railings were just left on my driveway from Speed Welshpool. They didn't knock on my front door to let my wife know and was left in full view of anyone passing, overall, poor Customer Service, extremely poor home delivery service, absolute joke, certainly won't be going to Wickes again!!!!

No compassion for different customersI placed an order, they took payment and then cancelled part of the order on the Saturday before delivery was due on Monday. I went to the Chat service and my disability meant I typed too slowly and Wickes staff member ended the chat with me. I finally got hold of someone and explained that living on disability benefits I had a limited income. I had wanted the whole order together because I only had enough money for one delivery. He just kept repeating that I had to go ahead and place another order, with no guarantees that Wickes wouldn't cancel again and pay a further delivery charge. I thought at this time, flexibility and good customer would be essential, but it seems Wickes think not. Go to B&Q, much more helpful.

Nice place to visit, friendly gatehouse on arrival, bit tight to manoeuvre under canopy warehouse staff also okay, you need a hard hat.

NEVER get Wickes to install! NEVER.Had a kitchen and bathroom fitted by Wickes and it has been a litany of problems that has gone on for months: fitting an oven/grill without an isolation switch (a safety critical feature), leaking shower and a boiler housing that renders any boiler servicing impossible.Still waiting for jobs to be put right.Very poor customer service, a company that I would NOT recommend.

What a company to work for, I love all the people there! The leaders are amazing! Helpful, makes you feel as if you one of the family. Even if you are only a cleaner. They treat you with respect and dignity. Thank you so much Wicks!

Very good, very nice

Worked here for five years friendly staff,enjoyable place to work. Overtime regular with good benifits. Monthly bonus for picking accuracy. Good place to work warehouse environment. And a joining call centre
