This is the largest brick built building in the world.(Guiness World Records). Probably everyone in Liverpool has been in the ground floor (It was a market back in the 80's & 90's) A truely massive building that is a fabulous piece of Liverpool's historyThe Stanley Dock Tobacco Warehouse is a grade II listed building and is the world's largest brick warehouse. Standing 125 feet (38 m) high, the building was, at the time of its construction in 1901, the world's largest building in terms of area.

Interesting seeing the combination of locks. Unfortunately no canal boats around to see them in action. But if you have the right equipment, it doesn't look that difficult. (But then again what do I know).
