The worse company I’ve ever worked for. I worked in June and was told I Would get paid after 1 month. 1 month later I asked for my payment. I was told by several of the staff who lied to me that I would get paid on that day. Then someone sent me an email saying I would be getting paid the following month. So I worked in June, was supposed to get paid July 15th, now I have to wait another month August 15th. This company are fraudsters and shouldn’t even exist.

I have worked for the company in New Castle for nearly 6 months now. The controllers are very professional and friendly. Always paid on time without any discrepancies.

Horrible company racist. I got told my the company and discontinued the contract with this agency. In other words I’ve been sacked for no reason I did my job well and received no complaints ever. I also lived very close to the location I was working at, it was only 10 minutes walk.I later went back to the sight to collect something’s I’ve left behind, only to find out I’ve been placed with someone else. I spoke to the new guy only to find out he’s had no experience, and he lives 40 minutes away by car or 50 minutes on train. I was fuming and confronted them.

Quite possibly the worst security company within the industry at the moment. Both Citiguard and it's owner Irfan are currently being prosecuted for supplying an unlicensed guard to a COVID centre. They are also currently under investigation for the DEATH of a guard who was on duty at the time of his passing. Need I say more?Well I will. Leaving clients keys in a unlocked vehicle in a space accessible by anyone, with the key to the vehicle underneath the seat. Then having the nerve to falsely accuse a former employee of theft of keys because Irfan or the guard can't be bothered to read a basic handover document.Charging clients for incomplete work/work they never attempted to undertake and only providing credit" when the client challenges them.Lying to clients who wish to speak to Irfan directly

I applied on indeed as the job was in my area they called me straight away and asked me to send them photos of my driving licence and sia badge before even explaining what the job was how much pay and how many hours they didn't know and told me they will get back to me very unperfessional

I started working for this company 2 months ago. I applied on indeed and received a call immediately because they were desperate requesting that I start tomorrow night. After discussing my availability and my commitment that I could work 7 days days or nights, had a sia badge we agreed a rate of £8.75 which is below market rate.I let him know that I was working 2 jobs and that I'd need confirmation from him before quitting them at which point he saidthat this job is guaranteed for a year.10 days into the job I received a text message hours before my shift was due to start to say I shouldn't come in. When I asked the reason he said we no longer new you at the site. Upon further investigation I realised they'd hired someone else to work there, I assume for a lower rate. It's now been 2 months and I am still chasing them for payment.I wouldn't recommend working for this company, their word means nothing and they will use and abuse you with no regard to your commitments.I would recommend working for someone more professional. This is not how you build a company.

Awful company.Pay is always wrong, grievance filed and never heard. Expecting staff to break the law, 90% staff working 60+ hours a week on student visas and international driving licenses, sometimes not even SIA licensed.Currently facing prosecution by the SIA for providing unlicensed operatives to a licensable role.Charges clients for work not carried out and only issuing a credit if they question it.In all the years I have worked in the Security Industry, I have never worked for a company worse than Citiguard Security. In my opinion, their methods of working and professional ethics are far from those of a good security company. It’s questionable how they are still operating the way things are.

I would rate as zero to be fair. The sia and also auditing bodies should be ashamed to have citiguard apart of the iso and acs scheme considering this company IS NONE COMPLAINT.The owner burys his head in the sand when their is issues not including the current 3 legal battles against him and the business. 1. Unfair dismissal 2. Sia prosecution 3. Employee death. The owner had the opertunity to improve his business but didnt listen and ruined all his relationships with clients and blames others for his mess ups.80% staff are all agency payed £8.50 per hour and the only paye is the office staff all the agency staff all are on stufent visas and work more then they are entitled too.Their is not enough space to tell everyone what this company is like.I normaly dont do this but when the owner and his racist employee (head of mobile services) goes around accusing me of stealing keys and clients i take it personaly. My position was former head of operations with no access to the sustems they used.
