Peter was super friendly, helpful and informative through the entire setup process. His training was easy to follow, even for someone who isn't tech savvy like myself. I know if I ever have any problems in the future Peter is only an email away to help.

We have just had the HIHI installed and it is fantastic. A special mention goes to Adrian who installed it. After a few delays and issues he was brilliant and resolve all our issues as well as delivering excellent training! The company needs more Adrians!

First class experience from start to finish. Great idea to do the two stage installation, although we never came across any issues. Special mention to the engineer David Perry, obviously knows his stuff and nothing too much trouble, talked us all the way through how to use the phone system. Brilliant.

Terry has been great setting everything up for us & explaining how the system works. I'm useless with techy things, but he was more than happy to show me again so I got it! A problem arose with our router and he has been back out straight away to resolve it. Lovely guy and is great knowing that support is there when you need it.

Rhys Waite, an engineer from 4com attended today to complete the installation of our new HiHi phone system. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and got the job done quickly with no fuss. He gave us a little brush up on the training we'd had previously and so far we are very happy with the system and the company as a whole.

Our installation went smoothly, couldn't have been better.Elliot our installer went above and beyond to explain how the new phones work and even showed us how to use the phone app and extra elements to our new phones.This will have a positive effect on our business as will make the day to day running much easier.Would highly recommend to any company looking at purchasing these!!
