I needed a boiler service for my parents house and got recommended this company. The plumber arrived on time. Very polite. My parents were charge what was quoted. My parents said they will use them again.

Our printed circuit board melted one Thursday, after calling around, Matt was the only person that could make it on Friday evening to look at it. I had some spare parts for him to fit so he spent an hour but couldn't get it working. So he agreed to come at 11am on Sunday. He was very prompt, spent another hour but couldn't fix it.He refused to take any money unless he could complete the job.He came back on Monday to complete, having driven a fair distance to get his own parts. He ended up changing the PCB, control unit and ignition for our heat only boiler and got us up and running again.I thought he was extremely good value for money, reliable, tidy and trustworthy.I cannot recommend Matt enough.

Fast response from Matt and very reliable. Did a great job sorting out a leak I had at home at a good price too. Highly recommend if you want overall great service
