Travelled with my friends a long way in heat and traffic jams to be told it was closed even though the web site stated it was open until 4pm, guy who answered the door didn't seem to care if you travelled a long way, all other antique centres we visited were delighted to see customers, in the antique trade a long time and all i can say is a bit of manners goes a long way would never treat customers like that

Awful customer service. Travelled for 2 hours to visit the showroom of 'french funiture' only to be told that this furniture was in an unmanned warehouse. When I asked if we could please visit it (genuine interest for purchase) we were basically told that he would not let us view as most people ask to view and waste his time. No way to treat a customer. Does not deserve the sale. Do not buy from here. Very disappointing.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very interesting ware, especially pottery. Not good if you are trying to declutter/downsize!

Gave me totally false information on the condition of an item (they refuse to put such things in writing of course) and then would not rectify. I know several buyers that avoid Potteries and believe the low hammer prices show (OK if you are a buyer who goes to inspect, not good for sellers and remote buyers).
