Absolutely fantastic ! So pleased I found this gem. Purchased a stunning kitchen table and chairs. Joe could not do enough for me. Will definitely be back to spend longer mooching!

Came here a while back and really enjoyed our time in the little cafe, was made to feel so welcome and had a lovely coffee (the 2 stars are for that) with my family so we decided to come back only to leave feeling disappointed and belittled. We met 2 others in the car park sat in our cars having a little conversation prior to going into the cafe for another coffee only to have a woman walking past making it known that we are being ‘watched’. This made us feel extremely uncomfortable and felt like we had to rush our conversations because we was sat in her car park. After 10 minutes we left our cars to show our daughter the cows and she came out again and said ‘are you going in the shop?’ We went in and changed our minds and agreed with not getting a coffee because of this experience and feeling like we was doing something wrong on their land by not going in straight away. We won’t be coming back again. - after leaving this review on Facebook the owner also decided to block me, how professional.EDIT - just look at how she replies to people on here!! RUDE!!

If you're lucky, Ziggy the farm dog welcomes you at your car. There's plenty of indoor spaces to hunt through and there are tape measures conveniently located for your use. Kate's homemade cakes and Italian coffee went down a treat. Lots of stone and metal architectural salvage, well worth a look.

A large selection, some nice things and good place to go and root around. The prices however are crazy, even for the Cotswolds. Yes they say they encourage haggling but some of the displayed prices were a joke and put us off even considering a purchase. Won't be going back.In reply to your response: lol ok. I've done my research thanks, exactly the reason I won't be spending my pocket money here.

Nice stock, but much higher prices than similar shops in the same area. This also impacts on stock turnover, which is fairly slow.EDIT - strange and accusatory response from the owners to my review. I initially put a 3 star review, which they're calling negative but I see as distinctly neutral. And I think my comments are fairly balance too. So I've changed this to a 1 star review instead to reflect the rudeness of the owners.

Happy friendly staff & plenty of bargains to be had. Some pieces may seem expensive, but you can haggle if you know a reasonable cost. Also worth thinking about the potential of items for sale. Well worth a visit if in the area. I have attached a before/ after picture of an item I bought, which I feel has be come a bargain.

Nice little find on our drive through the cotswolds. There's a cafe and a few buildings to nose around with lots of old and interesting things. Remember to haggle!

Another visit to this wonderful Aladdin’s cave of antiques, salvage, furniture & loads more. Takes longer to get round all the stuff each time I go. Lovely coffee & ginger cake & picked up a bargain. The owners are always welcoming, especially Ziggy.

Amazing amount of items. You could get lost for hours here .Lovely little cafe. Great service and gòd coffee.
