Stayed during a coach holiday. Rooms were tidy, beds comfortable. Food delicious but too close to airport and TV didn't work for the entire stay.

Last minute booking and for what I payed a fantastic hotel. Close to city centre just off motorway. Lovely big rooms clean and well equipped. I asked for late checkout due to work commitments and they where happy to help. Desk team and restaurant staff are helping and the food is very good. Try the burger. I will be back.

We arrived at hotel at 1.30am back fro m holiday .Room was booked 3 months earlier . Night porter was great then we got our room.Smelt damp from odour from toilet fridge was that loud we had to unplug it.Curtains were hanging off the rail Window had notice up asking you not to open window as it was dangerous. The outside pain of glass in double glazing was shattered.Tv in room did not work and room looked if it came from the seventies. Would not recommend this Hotel to any one give it a miss.

Well, what a poor, tired place to stay. Duvet was thinner than a rizla fag paper, the bed was straight out of B&M, bath was big enough for an action man, mattress was from the 80's as was the decor which reminded me of my gran, tv was smaller than an IPhone located 40ft away, no towel provided, resteraunt looked like a gala bingo hall. Curtains hanging off, the traffic was my alarm. Trip hazard along the halls on the floors.I should have stayed in my tent box on my truck at the end of ABZ runway as it was quieter than all the doors slamming I'm other rooms. If you are desperate, book yourself in at least it was dry.....just like the shower as that did not work either. Enjoying paying for the wifi as signal is pooh.No heating but provided with a plug in heater, the owner needs to look at 2 hotels in perth that went on fire with plug in heaters.Good point: the lady on reception was nice.

It was one of the worst hotels that I have stayed in. Can understand why this hotel is so cheap. The bed was really uncomfortable. Worst nights, sleep. Here for 4 nights, and the room was NEVER CLEANED. Evening meal was disgusting for the calendionan tour that I was with. The meal was a help yourself. Other residents were given a menu. Breakfast was OK. Staff are friendly and helpful. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone

My room was not clean I moved a bedside table to get access to a power point and it was very very dusty with a tissue there. The chair in the corner was full of holes . I looked at the continental quilt under the cover and it was stained the windows were filthy cracks and chips in the bathroom the carpet was not clean the room was not heated. In the description it said there was WiFi I asked for the code and was told that was last week. There was a smell of damp in the corridors. The only welcoming area was the dining room .

Nice big rooms that were kept warm. The bed was comfortable, and tea and coffee were available. A variety of food was offered, but if you wanted porridge, you had to ask for it. Staff are helpful. If you want wine, it's better to buy a bottle of house wine than a glass. Lovely stay here.

Stayed for 4 nights with Caladonian travel 3 days ago. Room was clean and bed very comfortable, staff very polite could not ask for more, the meals where help yourself with a good choice of food nice and hot and the dining room was bright and clean. Do not be put off by the appearance of the outside, the inside is clean, my wife and I would definitely return, good value for money for part of our holiday.

The hotel was shocking, worst place I've ever been. Not only did the hotel get paid for the 4 nights. I checked out the same night (it was that bad)and paid myself for 4 nights in a hotel at the Airport ( That was perfect). To top it off I've just paid £170 fine for a parking fee that reservations where meant to clear as I did give my registration at the reception for the 40 mins I was there..

Stayed here for 1 night. Our room was comfortable but not much of a view. Although it was quite clean, there were a few cleaning issues such as marks in the bathroom, and the vents were flithy.I was kept up all night with a banging radiator, didn't get much sleep. The service wasn't the best. It wasn't the warmest welcome, and dining room was chaotic.Even with a full hotel, 2 bus trips, etc, checked in, there was no entertainment planned for a Saturday night. They only put a karaoke on when guests complained, definitely not the best service. The food was very limited and scarce, I didn't eat anything and many others ordered just eat to hotel as it wasn't good!
