By far worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. Rented out a house to us in an unsatisfactory condition. Screws and loose brickwork left where the conservatory was torn down just prior to us moving in. Even left a radiator exposed to the elements that probably heated up half of carterton. The single pane glass windows and a door that should only be used for interior application resulted in the kitchen and downstairs area being noticeably cold over the winter months! White goods not provided even though the house was advertised with them.David richings showed zero obligation to help put things right!Terrible customer service....Avoid!!!

If you live next door to a David ritchings let then you could be in trouble, don’t listen to any complaints even when health and safety laws are been broken by their tenants, we live in a block of flats where smoking is not allowed through the whole premises. After a six months of complaint they haven’t done a thing , would you trust them to sell your house , I don’t think so

David Richings were really helpful, honest and hard working despite their client making the whole purchase a bit of a dragged out trauma. They kept us informed, related messages between parties and did exactly what any good estate agent should do. Would highly recommend buying a house through them and would happily sell or let through them too.

One of the better estate agents we dealt with. Very friendly service. We had to withdraw from business and they did not give us attitude or hassle over it. We were always happy when they show us around houses for sale. They had knowledge of the property and did remember to call us back when the property become available. Just shows that independent businesses are much better.
