Used them few times now, absolutely brilliant.Accidently forgot something on my order, placed a second order, with postage, without having to ask they processed partial refund for the postage and combined the two deliveries.All genuine honda parts. Cheaper than the honda dealer.

Totally disappointed with the buying experience. I ordered Honda fuel filter worth £ 70 and returned within 14 days without opening the sealed plastic bag as the issue was not with my car fuel filter. They are not agreeing for a reasonable refund stating that the return address has written on the cardboard box.the refund offered for me is £30. This is far below the price which I have paid and the salesman again returning the product back to me by taking again the postal charges and advised me to sell this on eBay.
