Booked in 2 Newfoundlands for a bath, brush, blow dry and deshed. Yes they look great, however, was asked to collect an hour early and was told when we got there that they hadn't finished 1 of the dogs as their arms were tired, yet I still had to pay full price.

I brought my dog here for the first time. Booked him in for a full groom and he doesn’t need hair trimming since he is a short haired breed. When we picked him up after an hour he was still damp and his ears were not cleaned properly. He had a little paint on his tail from the day before as we were painting the furniture, and his tail still had a tint of the paint. They were nice but the service quality was poor. We paid £50 which inclusive of a deshedding treatment. It’s surely not value for money.

Staff are rude. They don't ensure you are aware of the terms and conditions on arrival, then hit you with unexpected charges when you return. Hair not cut properly around the ear (see photo). I'm also concerned that my dog may not have had access to drinking water during his visit, as he was very thirsty on arrival home. I regret using the place as opposed to my dog's regular groomer, who was fully booked.

Have brought my dog and family dogs here several times. It's in an easy to get to location. Parking no problem. Having the shop downstairs is so useful. Had pretty much all the current groom room staff work on my dogs and can Def recommend them to anyone with a dog. Lots of different services available and themed promotions ie spas and bannadasAlso they can do a walk-in service for trimming dogs nails! £10!!!!Pro tip download the Pets At Home app and get money off!!

Bought our puppy here for his first groom and have been back ever since, he loves it and always looks great. The girls working are polite, friendly and professional, you can tell they genuinely love having your dog. Highly recommend

Advertised walk in service not available as they have appointments, they send me to the town centre, drive there to find its closed, thanks. Following weekend I call in advance, yay they have space, I explain my dog can be aggressive only with other animals and never to humans, no there not comfortable and decline my booking request. I'll now find a company elsewhere who are competent at advertising services and comfortable" at doing "thier JOB"!"
