Great service quality carriers

I have been a customer of Horizon for a good few months now.The haulage team are always very polite and helpful, even though at times I mither them on a daily basic, they get the job done and if things go wrong they fix it as at times things can happen out of there control. I was very pleased to get a very nice phone call of a lovely lady called Louise from there customer service department a newbie to Horizon....where the care and asking is everything going right and was there anything she could do. This is what all haulage companies need an exception person who cares enough to give a courtesy call and just ask how you are doing. Its good to know that Louise is there if I need any advice or guidness. I know she will only be a call away. well done Horizon and thank you always for your help....I really appreciated it.....
