Nice store, friendly staff good parking

Decent little shop with a good choice. A bit expensive but that's the price of convenience.

Convenient location , helpful n friendly staff ...Great range of products, including The Coop's own brands ...mainly sourced in the UKWhat's Not to like...?It's a MUTUAL owned by its customers...Offers a Dividend n contributes to local charities voted for by its customers...The Rochdale Pioneers , the 28 Weavers who set up the Cooperative Movement , would be delighted with its success .

Staff always helpful. The shop has everything you need.

Everyone likes to support their local shops when they live in a village but this coop is a complete joke. We have lost count of how many times we’ve been in this shop over the last 12 months for the freezer deal and curry , rice and beer deal but 9 times out of 10 they’re never available. Even though my wife complained to their head office (only to be told the offer is only due to availability) but the offer is never available as every time we go into this coop they are always out of stock of various items in the deal but surprise surprise if you drive to the coop in Brampton they usually have the full deal in stock . We also support this shop and buy our milk, bread and newspapers etc here but we may have to rethink this now and start shopping at the Spar as the coop’s stock availability is becoming a joke .

One self serve out of service and the other card payments only. A queue of people waiting at the kiosk and no one serving... had to shout for someone to come to the till. No apologies.., more an inconvenience to the staff member it seems.

It's close at hand and carries the bulk of those items that you may need to buy as top-ups to a regular weekly supermarket shop. The wine selection is good for a relatively small store. The shop is clean and tidy and the staff pleasant and helpful.
