Smaller than expected but the service was still fast and polite and still had plenty of everything, all fresh too.I ordered some vegan sausage rolls and a few croissants, both regular and almond.Everything was great but the rolls were amazing, definitely making them a regular thing.

Wrong food, not what was expected and absolutely atrocious presentation. This store clearly doesn't care ( extra meat was paid for in both of these baguettes )

This specific Greggs spot in Peterborough holds a special place in my routine. It's pretty tiny, just four tables, but there's an oddly endearing quality to its cosiness. There's a catch, though – the tables seem to have a magnetic attraction to stickiness. Every time I settle in, I instinctively grab napkins for a quick wipe-down, hoping for a more pleasant dining surface.Wednesday mornings are when I usually drop by, a time when the place is peacefully quiet. The gentle rustling of paper bags and the hushed conversations of fellow visitors create a calming atmosphere that I've come to cherish. However, one persistent gripe I have with Greggs is their pricing system. It's a roll of the dice when it comes to the temperature of their items, yet the cost remains constant. A warm pastry would make sense at the total price, but a cold one should logically be more budget-friendly. It's a bit frustrating having to inquire about the temperature before deciding. My absolute favourite is the Sausage Cheese and Bean Melt. When served piping hot, it's a delightful blend of savoury sausage, melted cheese, and hearty beans. But there's a downside – when it's cold, the texture turns disappointingly mushy. It's like missing out on a great experience when a dish's potential isn't fully realised.Unfortunately, my cosy Greggs Haven isn't without its issues. The overflowing bins are a definite eyesore, taking away from the otherwise pleasant environment. It's hard to fully enjoy my meal when seated next to a mountain of trash.

One of three Greggs in the city centre with the others on Bridge Street and in Queensgate. It can be really busy at lunchtime but is the perfect place for a quick bite to eat and a cheap (but good) coffee. This place has everything you need for lunch, from baguettes to toasted sandwiches, soups, salads and rolls and of course the sausages rolls, bakes and sweat treats. They also offer platters which are great for meetings and offer great value for money. Staff are always fast and friendly.

I couldn’t believe the level of service I received at the Greggs shop today. As I approached the till, the staff member showed no sign of customer service or even basic politeness. There was no verbal communication whatsoever, and their non-verbal cues were dripping with annoyance, as if my presence was a nuisance. While I stood there, patiently waiting for any acknowledgment, a stranger suddenly walked into the shop and plugged in their phone to charge. It was as if the staff member’s whole attention shifted instantly to that person, completely ignoring me, the customer who had been waiting patiently.I felt invisible, insignificant, and utterly disregarded. It was disheartening to see how the staff prioritized a random person charging their phone over attending to a waiting customer like me. My excitement for my order quickly turned into disappointment and frustration. This experience has left me questioning whether I should continue to frequent this particular Greggs shop. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of consideration and respect for customers. As much as I enjoy their products, it’s tough to overlook the blatant disregard for customer service displayed today.

Good sausage rolls but can never keep up with the morning/lunch rush. If you want your sausage roll because you're having Greggs withdrawal a few hundred feet down the street there's another greggs which is usually well stocked!

We entered this specific Greggs on the 19th of May 2019. We ordered our food and sat down normally as you do in any other greggs. as we ate we noticed the freezing breeze that came from the open door and so we then closed it so we could eat without frezzing ourselves. we were then approached by a memeber of the team Names Anil who approached us in a very agressive manner and told us Don't close My Door
