We got our wedding flowers through Ginger and Spice and couldn't have been happier with them. Both my partner and I had very little clue about flowers but Ruth and Parveen took control and delivered some absolutely stunning arrangements. Really recommend.

No very happy, flowers come in damaged boxes and after 1 day all flowers dead, complain but no help, been customer for years, will look for diferent shop next time

Amazing service! I called two days before having flowers delivered for my mums birthday. The woman on the phone was incredibly helpful and patient. For some reason I was not able to pay on the phone but ended up ordering the bouquet I wanted online and emailing them asking if they could add specific flowers. They responded very quickly by email. They delivered the bouquet on time and in perfect condition. My mum was so thrilled. You made her day and if I need flowers delivered again in the area I will definitely be ordering from ginger and spice florist, fantastic customer service and good prices. Thank you!

I used this florist to send flowers to a funeral we were unable to attend, we are not local so had to arrange via phone and email. They were so kind and helpful, did exactly what we requested at a very reasonable price, and even sent photos of the arrangement for us to see prior to the funeral. I am really really disappointed with this florist member of Interflora.I ordered a bunch of flowers to be delivered, within London, on the morning of my friend's 60th birthday. I stressed that it must be delivered in the morning as the receiver will be out in the afternoon. When I did not hear from my friend I rang them after 12 noon only to be told that they will check with the courier, Royal Mail (would you believe) and was on the way. It was FINALLY delivered after 3pm. Needless to say, the flowers were rather wilted. Not good at all.

We needed to arrange a bespoke floral display for a funeral for a dearly departed work colleague. I came across this florist and they were quite simply outstanding. From the very start they were attentive and afforded me so much of their time, clearly understanding our need for the display to be perfect. The display was magnificent. I cannot thank them enough. Also - they did not charge for delivery to the funeral. A policy of theirs which I thought was a lovely touch. I would urge everyone to give this florist your consideration. We have been going to G&S for the past 4 years now. Great quality and lasting flowers. They do special orders like live table runners and made to order bouquets that look as great as they smell. If the flowers don’t last at least a week, they will make things right. Staff is friendly, attentive, and skilled.
