I cannot even begin to tell you how amazing staff here are, that it made us travel from Bognor twice now. The fish are outstanding, we have Maidenhead aquatics closer but you cannot beat great customer service.Andrew (tattooed one) was amazing with our little boy even suggested names for his new mates that we purchased, he got to feed the lovely pond fish. All in all fantastic and staff have gone the extra miles on both occasions now. Especially Andrew! Thank you so much! Won’t be our last trip here when needing.

Maidenhead Aquatics Southsea is a very good place to buy aquatic plants, freshwater fish (tropical and cold water fishes), saltwater fish, snails, shrimps, plants, live corals, almost everything! Plus the staffs are amazing in giving out advices and recommendations for my first fish tank here in the UK. They made sure that I'm doing it right according to the existing laws about aquatic pets. Prices are quite affordable, although I haven't been to any pet stores yet. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for aquatic and marine products.

Great shop with a good selection of fish from cold water to marine, always greated and staff are very helpfull. Definitely one if the better ones I've been to.

Worst customer service in Southsea. Extremely horrible staffs, no respect at all, even with children. Asked me to bring proof of my fishtank before they could sell me 2 small goldfish. I have a 200L tank. My 8 yrs old daughter was asked to leave as she was upset & crying when the staff told her that her birthday gift will have to wait.. What a horrible experience. This place should close down.... Never been asked to leave a shop in my life, what a bunch of idiots working there...

Genuinely don't think I've ever been to an aquatics shop that has been as welcoming as Maidenhead Aquatics was! And with a large indoor pond with opportunity to feed the rather large fish, my kid loved it all the more! Highly recommend this place.
