ARC produced an excellent proposal for our easy access cloakroom, covering all our requirements. The quality of the equipment is first rate and the installation was extremely professional. We are very pleased with the finished job and would have no hesitation recommending ARC for similar work.

Got a bathroom and a steam room done by ARC, both are exceptional. Really happy with the result. Our fitter Steve was always on time, polite, high standard of work and attention to detail. We even got a custom built curved seat for the steam room, which he absolutely nailed. Would highly recommend!

We used Gary and his teams at Arc to remodel our old dining/kitchen/conservatory area into an extended open plan kitchen/dining/living space. We needed inspirational help with the kitchen design and Gary's ideas really helped us tie down the design to meet what we needed alongside looking amazing - all against our budget. The hand made kitchen quality is excellent and the overall design surpasses what we hoped for. The Arc kitchen teams were professional, engaging and of the highest standard. The kitchen was central to our plans and space - Gary and Arc ensure we got something we'd be forever proud of.

Fitting of new kitchen and bathrooms, overall, from the first meeting to the final completion has been a good experience with fantastic results. Arc are an excellent bathroom and kitchen fitting company. I have had three installations fitted over a period of six years. On suite shower cubicle , toilet and wash basin, Family bathroom complete refit and recently a cloak room refit. The staff are friendly and helpful from the show room staff to the bathroom/kitchen fitters doing the work. Nothing is a problem to them and they will go out of their way to accommodate your wishes.I can highly recommend them.

We had a complete kitchen redesign and instilation, an understairs cupboard created and a door fitted from the porch to garage. Work was completed to a high standard.Tony the designer spent a lot of time with us and answered any questions on numerous occasions.Due to illness the job started later than anticipated and took longer than expected. However, once the job stared, when they were here, the whole team worked professionally and constantly asked if everything was as we wanted.We would highly recomand this company for quallity and professionalism.Diane & Pete

NE64, bathroom renovation, Completed 11th November 2021.ARC were recommended to us and we're very pleased that we went with them!Our fitter, Martin, was highly professional, kept us up to date on what had been done, was yet to do, etc, at all times. At the end of each day, all areas utilised for the work were left clean and tidy.All other members of the team were friendly and professional at all times too.We were amazed at how quickly they were able to work and the high standard of the finish. The joinery by Kevin surpassed our expectations, and the plastering by Keith looks fab.Martin, Kevin and Keith all answered any questions we had and have given us some great advice for painting the walls/panelling in the best way to protect the work done by them.We are thrilled with our new bathroom and would not hesitate to use the company again.
