After going to another timpson shop they wanted to charged me £23 to replace key and battery for my car key, as I was passing this shop I decided to pop in to see if they agreeWent to Mo at timpsons, he checked it over and the button and battery were both fine, it was a simple repair needed to the connection. He did this for free!! Can not recommend enough, cheers Mo for the service, will not go anywhere else now. 5 stars.

This was couple years ago: Absolutely annihilated my suit for dry cleaning. I should have checked sameday instead of few days later!!?Poor response from staff at the time, and so I didn't bother taking it any further as I could tell what it would be like to get any comp. Had to bin the suit!

Took a pair of quite expensive shoes here, after being told by other cobblers that they couldn't be repaired. No problem at Timpson, a first class repair and refurbishment. Well worth the money. Thankyou.

Popped a key in before I went shopping. Tony had it done and ready for when I came out.Great service, fast turn around and good value.Tony was a really nice fella too.Highly recommended.

I am a great admirer of this business but have had little cause to use them in recent years.Today I popped in for a fairly easy shoe repair. Despite not having the right supplies to do the repair Tony managed to cobble something together to repair the shoes whist I waited and charged a nominal amount for his work.5 stars on this occasion

After going to another timpsons twice to get my key cut and it didnt work I phoned and took it here. Works great I know where to go next time.

I needed a duplicate house key cutting so I went to the Timpsons next to my local Tesco Extra, The person working there grunted at me that it would be £7 for one key or £10.50 for two keys without even bothering to look at the key, and then carried on looking at his phone.So I said thank you for being so helpful, and instead went to a local Locksmith who cut the same key within seconds for just £3.So I can't in any way recommend Timpsons if this is the sort of service they offer. Very overpriced too

Served by Tony and wouldn’t go anywhere else. He sorted out some badges for the business, cut keys and also replace sole on my shoes. Tony is just brilliant, friendly, professional and expert in everything he does.

Wanted £17 to fit a battery in a £40 watch. Walked over to Poundland and bought 4 for a pound and fitted it in 2 minutes

Always use as the best place for watch batteries/car key batteries and they offer a slightly higher priced watch battery service where you get batteries for life.Very helpful staff, never had bad service.
