We can thoroughly recommend Kevin. He was initially recommended by the showroom from whom we bought our new log burner as their preferred local installer, but then lots of locals said he was the best anyway! And I now know he does excellent after-installation service as well.

Kevin and Matt recently installed a stove and flue for us.They removed an old open fire, rebuilt the cavity, boarded, plastered and made good a few weeks prior to the stove's arrival.On installation day everything went according to plan. The flue was fitted before I even realised they'd been on the roof!Overall the service was excellent. They were neat and tidy, professional and helpful throughout.Kevin has the patience of a saint when teaching you how to use the stove, patiently answering the same questions over and over. Their advice has proved invaluable.Our stove did develop a constant tapping and Kevin liaised with the supplier and manufacturer of the stove to get a resolution - even coming on his day off to install the fixes - which worked :)We couldn't be happier with the end result and their service. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Just had an installation service provided by Kevin and Matt from Y Fenni Stoves. (6/8/22)We supplied the stove and Kevin supplied the flu and installation service.This job became protracted because of delays in delivery of our preferred stove and we decided to fit another one instead, but then changed our mind again and waited for the original order.Throughout this process Kevin was consistently professional and patient with us changing our plans and rearranged installation dates obligingly.They have done an absolutely excellent job installing our stove and we couldn’t be happier.They are very tidy workers and a pleasure to have in our home. Kevin is HETAS registered and tested, commissioned and signed off the stove.They can supply stoves as well if required and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
