Usual 3 type shop. Assistant seemed to hang around chatting ages before they acknowledged I was waiting to be served. Was asking about options on upgrading or changing contact. Simply printed out my details and told me to come back nearer renewal time!

Visited the store yesterday 31st. October 2022. This was an excellent experience and both the staff we encountered were lovely. The young women (sadly we didn't get her name) who sorted out our new contracts made sure we were completely happy.

great store great staff, I was helped by Ryan who was a fantastic help. I am trying to contact your store now. I realise that you are busy but I am unable to visit store due to my disability. Can somebody please pick up the phone? Thank you to staff memb e- advice was great on phone. He was very helpful and considerate, I also called 1pm 18/7/19

Signed up with 3 network last Saturday thinking they were a good network, so far, the experience I have had with 3 network is shocking and I am not even a customer yet. I tried phoning the branch to sort it out and the phone was put down in my face. I am currently been charged for 2 networks as the service for both vodafone and 3 network is awful.

After 2 wasted attempts to get a 3 contract and new phone, finally its happened and its all thanks to Cerri, system issues first time, couldn't be arsed staff 2nd time, but today this fantastic lady went above and beyond. Thanks for all your help today, was most appreciated and restored my confidence in 3

Went in on Sunday 31st March and was served by Dom he was so genuine and helpful. He was with a colleague Jessica who was also very bubbly and nice. We were there until a little after closing time and even though they had finished they were still very helpful and pleasant.

Amazing experience at this store today! Hayley and Alex were fantastic. Came in for a new phone as I broke my previous. Spent time to ask me what I use my phone for and to see if there were any bundle deals they could offer. Managed to get myself the s20 fe and my partner a tablet he can use for drawing. Both were very friendly and had a good chat and a laugh stayed 30 minutes past closing to make sure everything went through okay! Absolutely fantastic customer service went above and beyond for my partner and myself today! Lovely people! Will definitely be going to this three store for any future contracts.

The staff here are always brilliant. They are friendly and extremely helpful. I've been with 3 for the past five years and find the network very reliable.
