Very rarely have I taken a dog to kennels that cannot wait to run through their door.Good service and excellent rates

First time stay for our dog, so we were more nervous than she was. Mick welcomed us in and soon got her settled. When we picked her up she seemed really happy, and didn't want to leave.Will definitely use again, although book early as they fill up quickly as so popular!

So our big, softy bordeaux came here for the first time.Very friendly welcome, clean, tidy, nice set up, and professional.Our dog happily came in, and just walked off with the owner with out even looking back!He didn't even want to leave!Highly recommended plus will use again.

Booked my dog in for a week's stay unfortunately I had to cancel due to her being diagnosed with a large growth and made a decision to cancel holiday. I had already made up my mind that the centre was run by kind friendly people when booking, on cancelling they totally confirmed my opinion, they could not have been kinder, more understanding and spoke to me in a very sympathetic way, exceedingly lovely people, interestingly they even refunded my deposit, which was totally unexpected. I would definitely recommend this centre and make sure you visit prior to booking for a look round and a chat, it will certainly put your mind at rest and your pet should have a nice break away as hopefully you will.

A few weekends ago on a Saturday I messaged on the website to see if they may have any spaces as my mum had been rushed into the nearby NNUH hospital. I was called at about 11am and offered a space that afternoon. They cared so much for Merlin and each day he walked in wagging his tail. I am so thankful that they could help me when I was in need (a round trip to visit would have been 4 hours and I couldn't leave him that long. An extra special thank you to Leanne (?) for going above and beyond that weekend and a thank you to everyone for help that week. You were so kind and understanding. Highly recommend.

Really nice experience, I'd never left my dog for this long before so I was a bit nervous but I won't be anymore!Located in the countryside not too far from my home in Norwich, it was easy to get to and was a bit of a holiday for my dog vs his usual urban environment.Staff are friendly, really listened about eating schedule as my pup can be a fussy one, was well priced and straight forward with no nonsense and clear but minimal paperwork.Would recommend to anyone, thanks team!
