Really great customer experience. Ordered online then bought something in store. Harriet rang me ahead of time about the pick up and was also present when I came to collect. She helped by providing a sample for me to pick my edging trim. Also helped me pack my car without asking. Really helpful, came away positive, will be back again for future projects.

Not really tile related but would like to praise and thank the girl working on the 12th of August (unfortunately didn’t catch her name). After getting lost and being without a phone I walked in hoping to get some directions. The girl was very welcoming, smiley and super helpful. She even printed a map out for me and offered a cupcake. If that’s how every employee is at Topps Tiles then it’s most definitely worth shopping there. Big thank you!

Walked into the store & tripped due to housekeeping. Tried to tell the manager on duty, which was Ryan, and he laughed at my face when I asked him for an ex accident book or to report the process. I had no help and have been to hospital due to this injury since.

Visited on the day they opened and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. We chose the cheapest tiles in the shop but they didn't try to up-sell us. They provided useful advice and said they would take back un-opened packs. Everything worked as one would expect. I would recommend them.

Delighted yo mention that their service is of my great appreciation, ranging from the professional advice and the after-sale follow-up.My wife had chosen a combination of a few different kinds of tiles. Topps Tiles had helped us to calculate the quantity of each kind we need for our toilet.Importantly, we only provided a very tight schedule of delivery, and Topps Tiles had sorted it out in a good and timely manner.It is recommended!
