Overall service was good repair took longer than advised ( lack of parts I think ) The bonnet did not close properly it was held back by the safety catch on investigation the catch had not been fitted correctly this was reported to your return driver. I removed and refitted it correctly clearly obvious why it was wrong Apart from that all OK Thank you M tompsett

The work was done very quickly and I was kept informed at all stages. Collection and delivery times were agreed in advance and both were kept to and the courtesy car that I was given new and both clean and tidy. A very professional service and a perfect repair job carried out with no fuss at all.

Car was sent in following serious damage to underside of the vehicle with some of this impacting internal mechanisms. Car has been returned after being driven back from Solus centre over 30 miles away rather than on loader. No fuel left in the car and so my first trip out in the vehicle was to fill up. I was only able to fill half of the 60litre tank before all mechanisms indicated tank is full. Prior to collection and accident this had been fine. How were all internal checks completed without testing fuel input?Update - 24 July - car returned for second time after the fuel issue was investigated and after having had the car back three days the fuel tank burst whilst driving causing the car to immediately shutdown. Thankfully I was only in slow moving traffic. Clearly the issue has not been fixed and more to it would hate to think what would have happened had I been travelling at any speed. Added to this that the wheel alignment was over 10’ out where it had not been previously. I will be ensuring Aviva sends my vehicle to the manufacturers service centre, mainly to avoid further issues that put my life at risk!

Having had the stress of someone driving into my car Solus took all the stress away with the repairs. Communication was excellent from collected the car and returned it after repairs. Very friendly and flexible. I couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend.

Paint didn't match, holographic polish marks, bad scratching on new bumper and wheel arch debt not filled or pulled out fully. Seems like there is no quality checks after job is completed.Rectification work was done and hire car provided. However the car came back with a new defect where there is a piece of debris under the paint. Therefore awaiting for a repair at my home location. Staff are friendly and helpful but quality and inspection is lacking. So won't be coming back.Review will be updated once rectification work has been completed

Unfortunately I have had to alter my review upon full inspection, I assumed the interior handle would be working because it was working when it was sent off to them, so as my own fault didn’t check upon receiving the car. Now it’s come to my attention SOLUS broke functionality of the interior handle of the car while they had it in for panel repair….Door doesn’t open from the inside after receiving it back from SOLUS.

I was given a nearly new courtesy car whilst mine was being repaired, which was a nice surprise. They kept me updated throughout the repair, via online tracking, which I could check daily. My car was returned in great condition and cleaned inside and out. Very pleased with the service given.

I received fantastic service. My car was collected when they said it would be and was returned when they said it would be. The body repairs and spraying are totally undetectable. I was kept up to date, by both phone and email, right through the process of initial contact right through to completion of the work. I'm very impressed with this thoroughly professional company.
