MotorDrive Derby

We bought an E class from Steve at Motordrive. Nice chap. Nice car.....as are the others he has for sale. We had an issue with taxing the car...not any fault of Steves but he took charge and managed to tax it at a local post office so we could take the car away. Would I buy again from Motordrive....absolutely.

Was looking through autotrader for a ULEZ economical 7 seater..Dealt with Zuto and Steve & Customer Service was great. Communication was great as well, i was updated with the completion date for the service, etc.Full vehicle check was done prior to sale and advisory was attended to.Paper works were done quick, was out the office in 15mins.Car was presentable on day of collection, understandable due to rainy weather. Slight issue was the petrol level wasnt handed over, but some of it was my fault (confused the mpg gauge with the fuel gauge, different orientation). Almost ran the car empty, good thing reached the petrol station.Too early to tell about the purchased vehicle, but so far has been okay.

Came to this dealership from Leicester after finding an amazing high spec BMW at a really good price, I was in and out in an hour, dealt with Steve, amazing service really happy, cheers.

Excellent service!We wanted to replace one of our cars but I was a bit dubious about buying a car so far away online. However, they had the model we wanted with the right spec and at a very good price. I did my homework and called them up. They gave me an honest description of the car (I know that now but didn't at the time!).We live about 200 miles away and both my wife and I are disabled and unable to easily undertake a journey of that distance so they offered to deliver the car for a nominal cost.The purchase was very straightforward and Steve sorted everything out for us.Steve was polite and professional and I would definitely buy from them again if they have the right car.Looking at their website, the stock turns around quite quickly so they must be doing something right!Thank you guys!

Bought car not even 2 weeks ago for nearly 9k and clutch has gone. No help from owner what so ever. Had to replace out my own pocketAs the warranty" would not. Would not recommend. Also 1 month later and garage still not done log book which insurance need.they are more bothered about having this truthful review than helping where needed and sending log books off"

I recently bought a car from motordrive and I honestly could not be happier. Customer service was fantastic. Steve was so helpful, patient and not pushy at all! He was happy to answer any questions that I had and the car is exactly as he described with no issues as of yet. Would highly recommend!
