I had a very warm welcome on arrival for my appointment and Rachel’s friendly and warm personality made me feel at ease and relaxed throughout. After a consultation to discuss brow shape etc. Rachel worked a miracle on my brows. I’m a natural redhead with pale skin and wanted a natural looking tint which Rachel achieved to perfection. Rachel’s product knowledge was also excellent which made choosing a new lipstick and mascara a breeze. I’ll definitely be back.

Tracy at the benefit brow bar in Boots Swansea was absolutely amazing with my mum (who has never had her eyebrows waxed before). Tracy was so reassuring and talked my mum through every step of the wax. She is ever so gentle and encouraging which really helped, my mum will definitely be booking in again as she is converted! Highly recommend Tracy to anyone!

WOW just WOW ….Had my brows done today at the brow bar in Swansea quadrant with Tracy and I can’t thank her enough! I’ve always struggled with my brows since over plucking as a teenager therefore I was quite apprehensive to the idea of getting a full brow service, I have left with my most perfect brows the shape the tone is just perfect! Tracy listened to my wants and concerns and set me up with my tailored brow products . Thank you so much !
