Very pleased with my purchase! Patrick was ever so helpful and went above and beyond. Impeccable customer service, easy, quick and efficient process to purchase my carpet roll. I arranged my own courier as we are miles away from the store, but Patrick made sure my carpet roll was well wrapped, ready for collection and even updated me on when the carpet had been collected. The carpet roll was an amazing price and even with the courier fees, I still feel that I received a fantastic deal. It arrived safely and undamaged. I would not hesitate to use Carpet King again... and I very highly recommend their carpets and their service!!! Thank you ever so much :) xXx

Good choice, and great service. Fitters refused to lay carpet because of the state of our floor (unbeknown by us). Thank you for pointing it out and coming back promptly to lay the carpet once it was fixed.

Upon searching for some end of roll deals on Ulster carpets, I came across Carpet King's website. I subsequently ordered an end of line Ulster carpet from Graeme, who from the outset was extremely accommodating, informative and helpful from beginning to end. I had to organise a 3rd party to transport the carpet to come from Dundee but Graeme kept me informed about collection and even asked if I could contact him to let him know I had received my order safely. The price point was exceptional, I am yet to have the carpet installed but from I can tell, the condition looks to be as expected. I would certainly use again off the back of Graeme's service should what I be looking for be in stock with Carpet King.

I Bought a carpet from here about a about a month ago. My silly home report gave me the wrong measurements. Advisor was good from the beginning and recommended that I get someone out regardless of the home report. By my own fault I said no, I was wanting to get it done really fast.Boys came out and knew right away the carpet was short, much respect to them as the last thing I wanted was a half finished carpet. Report went back to store and the advisor was quick to phone me to discuss a solution. Decided that a carpet joint was the best way forward. This time we got someone out to do a proper measure. You should always get this done.Communication was excellent from day one from both gillies and carpet king. I can’t fault the level of expertise both had. The carpet was of the highest quality and fitted to perfection. I can’t actually see the joint on the carpet, it appears hidden, the boys must’ve joint it so perfectly. The guys were even good enough to carpet inside my cupboard!Overall, if you want a high quality fitted carpet of the highest standard choose carpet king and gillies. You can go elsewhere and pay less but the level of service and the skill of the tradesman is definitely value for money.

Everyone was extremely helpful, the shop staff ,, the estimator and the carpet fitter , I w delighted with the service I received and shall use Carpet king again in the future.

Bought two carpets in the last month. The guys were great, friendly and gave us plenty of time to look at the carpets before approaching to offer assistance. Great choice of quality carpets at great prices. Will definitely be back.
