Took some ladies sandals in to be fixed 16/11. Went back there 2 weeks later and they were still not repaired and just sat on a shelf at the back of the shop. No communication and very disappointed. Expected better from Timpsons!

Great customer service

Bailey (from the Timpspn in the walk, Ipswich) fixed my car key, which landriver wanted to charge me over £650! He then sent it 1st class post to me the next day.Thank you so much Bailey, your a star!!!!

Absolutely the worse service I’ve ever received. We go to walk in the shop and the man ( walking back inside ) he was outside on his phone said “oh no really “ . like we was interrupting his conversation! My girlfriend said sorry - he said “ but are you really sorry “.This is no joke - I’ve made a complaint to head of company hopefully something is done about this . How does this shop have any customers

Don't bother! Dropped shoes in, went back at arranged time to collect, shop closed with a sign saying ' 10% discount if we're closed ' when I went back, after slepping round town waiting for him to reopen, I mentioned the discount to which he replied ' that's not fair, I hate that sign'And my heels were bad!!!Bad attitude and bad heels!!

I may have been the unlucky customer but getting a key cut just shouldn’t be this hard. The first one didn’t work - fair enough so I took it back for another try, second attempt was just as useless. In returning to the shop for the third time in a day and having wasted my lunch hour walking backwards and forwards along the length of the 6 times I asked for my money back.If this were a dodgy key cutting outfit charging a few quid I’d have expected it but £6.75 for a single Yale key cut from an original key and it still doesn’t work! Come on Timpson I expect more than “it happens sometimes” ☹️

Had a couple sets of keys cut and they dont work! Looks like I'm not the only one with this issue!

Friendly, efficient service. Kept to stated time scales for repair. A good job done.
