We’ve been taking our E63 AMG here for years, but this may be the last time. In short, we took the car in for 4 new tyres and an A/C re-gas and somehow the leather on the steering wheel was cut up with some sharp tool (see photo), and 3 out of 4 of our metal valve caps were lost. Beaconsfield said they would send replacement caps but never did. Also the car was left unlocked when out in the car park and also returned to me unwashed which isn’t a big thing in itself but has never happened before. It’s disappointing because until this year I had nothing but praise for this dealership, but something has clearly changed in their attitude towards customers and their cars.

Best experience buying a car I’ve ever had. Lee was a superstar—kind and friendly service with no pressure sales. Everyone I had interactions with was really lovely, but dealing with Lee was a real pleasure. Excuse the pun, but they really do go the extra mile! My amazing new car even arrived early. The worst customer service I have ever experienced at any dealership. 13 salesman sat chatting. Sat for 20 minutes waiting to speak to someone after calling the Service Dept 5x times over 4 days with no answer. Compared to BMW, Maserati, MINI and other Mercedes garages, this is BY FAR the worst I’ve ever seen. Even Webuyanycar & independent dealerships are way better. Will definitely be staying well clear.

When it comes to customer service, there’s bad, there’s good, there’s above and beyond and then there’s Claire at Beaconsfield Mercedes.Claire understands that no one wants to have work done to their car, it’s a necessary evil, an inconvenience and time out of your day. She understands all of this and takes the pain away, Service with a smile, constant updates, questions answered with infinite patience.Claire’s got your back when you need it most, a credit to the dealership, and honestly almost makes me look forward to the next time I need a service, MOT or work done.If you work in customer service, be like Claire. And if you need work done, she’s the one you want in your corner, although I’m sure the rest of the team are great!

BAD SERVICE ATTITUDEBought a Mercedes CLA recently and thought that Mercedes is German brand with a good cars and a good service (by the way I'm German).Here is what happened:On the way to an event I had an incident on the motorway.My car got hit by ice shelf falling off from a lorry - it was kind of scary situation.Luckily nothing serious happened.I checked the car from the outside and surprisingly I didn't find any damage.But I have noticed that also ice got underneath the car and hit it.To make sure that nothing essential got damaged I thought to drive to Mercedes Beaconsfield (closest) and asked if they can have JUST a brief look underneath the car so I cloud drive back home (Somerset) calmed down.I arrived between 4 and 5pm (normal working hours). I went to the reception and was told to talk with the service department.I explained the situation and just asked to have a brief look on it.I got the following answer (analogous):''Unfortunately there is no technician working anymore.There is also an upcoming event on the street in the front of the Mercedes Dealer, that's why we will close soon.The next availability to get it checked is the next morning.''I left - how to bring it up the polite way - not amused.Mercedes Benz UK is saying on its Homepage the following:''We’re dedicated to providing you with the best customer experience throughout your Mercedes-Benz ownership.''From what I experienced here unfortunately that didn't worked out.Really disapointing for an German Brand.Kind regards

Excellent service from Lorna and the team who were most helpful when buying a used E-class. The car was cosmetically well prepared and the handover was perfect. Although delivered with a full MB service history, with the last service not undertaken by the delivering dealer in Beaconsfield, the cabin filter was very dirty and the yellow expiry marker was showing on both wiper blades. Appreciate it is a used vehicle and these items may be optional in the service plan.

Major electrical failure on a Friday evening resulted in a combined recovery by ADAC Germany and AA to Beaconsfield the following Monday. Once problem identified of failure of steering lock assembly, and subsequent immobilisation of engine, spares were ordered and vehicle was back on road very quickly to enable our return to Germany. Communication with the service department was excellent, delays in getting spares were notified promptly and and on their receipt the vehicle was back on road within one day. A very big thank you to all staff at Beaconsfield whom we had contact with and to the engineers for doing a good job. Our experience of Beaconsfield Mercedes was first class and we would highly recommend them to all. Thank you.
