Disgraceful. Booked between 8-12 waited in all morning. I had to call at 12 when they didn’t turn up...”got caught somewhere so have to rebook”...absolutely disgraceful and no meaningful apology. Atrocious service.

Unfortunately, my overall experience with this company has been quite disappointing. While they may initially attract clients with their affordable prices, the quality of their service, particularly in resolving issues, has proven to be highly unsatisfactory. Moreover, their consistent lack of punctuality has caused significant inconvenience and frustration among the residents.One of the most glaring issues I have encountered with Interphone Limited is their inability to address problems efficiently and in a timely manner. Whenever issues arise with the intercom systems they have installed, the process of resolving them has been incredibly time-consuming. Despite promptly reporting these problems, the response from Interphone Limited has been slow and lacking in urgency. This extended delay has resulted in prolonged inconvenience for the residents, who rely on the intercom systems for communication and security purposes.
