JJ, Tom and the crew were as usual, amazing. We have used Ward Thomas 3/4 times in the past two years. Nothing is too much trouble one can completely relax because they really do have everything in hand. I can’t recommend them highly enough. When we move again in six months they will be my first call. Thank you for making our move as painless as possible.

Anthony Ward Thomas made the difficult process of packing and moving seamless. From the initial emails to the final moving day, every person I dealt with was professional, responsive and friendly. Charlie Parry in particular has been incredible. We have had to have boxes removed from and returned to storage and it is always done quickly and cheerfully. I cannot recommend the company more highly for any moving or storage needs.

We have just had the perfect removal service from Anthony Ward Thomas. Packing Monday, a 12 ton truck to our flat Tuesday with balance of packing over Tuesday and Wednesday, then a containerised 18 ton truck to storage. From the initial survey to final closing of doors excellent and highly competent staff.It could not have been better.

Excellent experience, can’t recommend highly enough. Not the cheapest by far but the service is fantastic. Superbly professional. Very affable staff. We have moved 5 times in 6 years it’s always stressful but this was our best experience. The lads took all the stress and pressure away. Packing was completed by Eddie and his colleague very quickly and professionally. Nothing got broken or lost. Boxes were properly labelled so we knew exactly what was inside and not overpacked. Nothing was too heavy. On the day we had 6 or 7 chaps to load the van. It was 32C and they were sweating buckets as we moved from a 4th floor flat with no lift. Getting the furniture down was a huge challenge but so professionally done. They had also arranged the parking suspensions in advance for us. Unloading was done in less than 2 hours with 7 guys and all boxes left in the right rooms too! As a result we’ve been able to unpack most stuff within 24 hours! Matt the handyman was also a godsend to dismantle and reassemble the beds, wardrobes, dining table etc. all in all an excellent experience in fact our best move ever.

Two very helpful drivers made a long delivery London to Devon & arrived cheerful, relaxed and were a huge help loading into awkward spaces quite far from the van. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for - excellent!

We had a really good experience - great communication and the team did a fantastic job on the day, everything was secure and protected, all very efficient, helpful, and friendly! We've used them twice already and would certainly do so again.

Anthony Ward Thomas has been a fantastic storage for our professional needs. The warehouse workers respond very quickly and are incredibly efficient. They make sure everything we have is kept up-to-date and handled with the utmost care. If you need storage in London I cannot recommend them enough!

An absolutely fantastic experience moving. The team emptying our flat were so efficient and patient. They dismantled a lot of furniture and even took doors off to remove furniture, and spent time putting them back. All items were well protected and arrived at the new house in perfect condition. Very friendly and helpful interactions with all employees. Thank you!

At long last a professional company who do such a fantastic job and do as they say.I have used them 3 times now and the service has been outstanding slightly more expensive than others but I would pay extra every time to have such good professional service. takes all the stress out nothing was a problem and they unpacked everything and took all the rubbish away. Great service from the first conversation all the way to wrapping up the move. Abbie was super helpful arranging all the details about the move, and the crew on the day were super nice, fast, and professional. If we have to move again, we hope we'll get the same crew again.
