I Rang several times in the final week of august, only to get passed around and then be picked up and put down on. persisted as the part is fairly difficult to find outside of the EU.Finally got through and ordered 05/09/2022. of the 2x wanted, Only 1 was in stock and another needed to be brought in from another branch (told itll be tomorrow"). get a call-back on Thursday saying its ready to go

Have tried on four separate occasions to book my vehicle in for work but alas, nobody picks up the phone. Gets answered by central bookings and then they attempt to transfer you through to Hendy Iveco in Exeter but then nobody picks up.The other option given is to leave a message for a call back. Twice left messages for the service manager but no call back received.Recommend to try somewhere else.
