Worst service ever!!! AVOID!!!

Update:Same issues reoccurring in 2019. Please stay clear of this company. Won't let me leave either as I'm in a contract eventhough they don't fulfill their end of the contractDrivers pretend they cant get access and do not empty our bins without even leaving their refuse truck to check access! Management have ignored issues for over a month. We just have to *hope* our bins are actually collected. Unbelievable. Leicester Trade Team hang your head in shame aswell as Management in Nottingham for ignoring your customers.

Worst service ever,I have my bin collected fortnightly on Mondays but for the last 4 months ish, they can't get that right I mean C,Mon its not rocket science ,there very good at excuses ,There trying to bill me for 4 times thats double for last month,There a WASTE of space.

ordered 2 yd skip, came on time but took several phone calls over a few weeks to get them to come collect it, ither then that there a good company which i would use again

Great people and helpful and very reasonable on price

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.We agreed a contract with ENVA to clear our general and cardboard waste weekly.We have been with them for 5 weeks, they have only made 2 collections.The phone lines never get answered, emails never get replied to.First invoice has come through and we have been charged for all 5 collections, again no reply to my email from the credit control team.The sales rep Rob Hunt made promises that they never miss a collection as this was the reason we were changing suppliers, so it seems they are going after more business when they can't handle what they have already got.Save yourself the headache and stay well clear.

Rude, waste of time

Unbelievably bad service. Rude staff. Bins were collected once in 5 weeks due to the lazy driver claiming he didn't fit down the road in spite of the salesman signing the job off. Recycling and general waste put into the same truck despite being sold 2 bins at an increased cost. Then took 2 weeks to get rid of the bins once we had moved to a competent supplier. Shocking. It's a shame you have to give 1 star to register the review
