Came here for a little bit of last minute summer shopping, and not disappointed at all, I never leave empty handed and I didn't this time, it was really tidy and well stocked. As always. I can always come here to find a gem every time ! The clothing is good quality and they always are updated and meet lots of needs and fashion styles. I can always trust H&M for good clothing and a satisfying shopping trip

Rang today at 9:30 am after checking stock availability for a pair of trousers asking if they could reserve them for someone to pick them up after lunch and they did. The staff member that picked the phone (Clive, I think was his name) was super helpful. The item was left at the desk upstairs and collected with no issues or questions asked

I can spend hours in here. The clothes are good quality and the workers are nice. The changing rooms are rarely manned which is nice as there is no pressure to reduce how much you want to try on. The only downside is how clustered you can feel trying to get the clothing you want surrounded by lots of racks.
