Very unreliable let us down big style! The boss of this firm told us he when we would come on a specific date in time for other tradesmen coming in to complete a job. The day arrives - the boss didn’t show didn’t even say why - no phone call nothing- why come and see a job if you have no intention of coming and doing it - we won’t be using again ! Thanks for wasting everyone’s time!

Didn't finish the job and refused to carry out the agreed annual service which was a 7 year contractual obligation. Reported to Worcester Bosch who advised to use another Heating Engineer.

Did not reply to my email or phone call

Two men Willie and Lewis came to install a whole new walk in shower unit. To replace a bathe that was already there. They look the bath out and disposed it They were polite friendly efficient and their workmanship was second to none in other words perfect. They cleaned up after they had finished. I would highly recommend this company to anybody. Value for money most definitely. We are more than pleased with everything they have done. The unit is fantastic and looks brilliant

Cowboys - avoid. Put in a bathroom for me and looks good to start, but then all the problems show up. Initially say that they will compensate for bad worksmanship and installation - but when the boss doesn’t show up when he says he will and doesn’t even ring - they quickly change their tune to they’ll ‘come out and have a look but any work will be chargeable’. Save yourself the hassle and get a bathroom installed from a decent, reliable company that replies to questions you have.

Where do I start. If there was zero rating I'd give them nothing because there not even worthy of 1 star. They've been nothing but problems from start to finish
