It took six painful visits to get Wightfibre installed. They made a complete mess of it. Awful communications. None of the looms worked that boost the signal. Then they messed up the direct debit and sent me threatening emails about a bill. Guy called Sam called me. He couldn’t be more bored. Kept going silent. It was like talking to a ten year old. Then he laughed without warning. Just really odd.They guarantee whole house coverage but only until you sign. Then they are very quick to quote terms and conditions. The router is actually very weak. I’ve got the biggest package but it’s weak and barely covers my house. I’m very likely going to return to BT.

They covered my water stopcock after 2 weeks of me telling them not to. Phoned them asked to be put through to engineering department to discuss issue but they can't. Don't even want it but they dug up the gravel road to get to my house and left it in a mess. Chasing them up to do something about that too. Customer services bloody atrocious. No call back no nothing... Can't say enough bad things......

Excellent customer service and best connection we have had . A few teething problems with phone soon sorted. Speed is grate and price very competitive. I would recommend to eny one based on my experience with wight fibre so far.

Got wight fibre a few months back and have had nothing but issues.The promise of 300 mbps is a total joke, I get about 150 max to my console and my Ethernet connection to my computer is awful almost always jumping down to nothing and sometimes barely getting above 90 which has been the case since I’ve had wight fibre.Tried contacting people only to be told I’m getting 300 to the house and just feeling like my problems are being disregarded every time with just another you’re getting 300 to your property.I’ve never had problems with my computer before considering the router is directly next to it and I have an Ethernet connection I’ve tried multiple ethernets to rule out my computer being the issue seriously wouldn’t consider this internet package as it comes across as a total lie.Have no issues installing quickly but as soon as you have issues your just another number to this company.

Have used WightFibre on and off for over 10 years now, and have always loved the excellent service provided.We recently moved house, and the engineers who came to install our connection were excellent - polite, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable.It’s so refreshing to have support on the end of the phone that is local and knowledgeable, and who are able to sort out any issues with the minimum of fuss.Cannot recommend highly enough.

Consistently turns itself off and the back on, i can be in the middle of a game and it decides to entirely stop working. I can experience this three times within ten minutes, its absolutely ridiculous

Speed is good, the new WightFibre router is not. I had the 300mbps package fitted (same setup as my old house) but this time WightFibre had fitted their new router.Unfortunately their router is inconsistent in delivering a reliable wifi signal, has a very poor range, seems to drop the wifi connection a few times a day and there is not a lot that can be done to improve it.After several calls with the support team, rather than pay additional monthly subscriptions, I ended up replacing the router for a TP-Link Dual-Band Gigabit Wi-Fi 6 AX1500 Router and TP-Link AX3000 Dual-Band Mesh Wi-Fi 6 Range Extender.Now in places I was not even reaching I am getting full wifi coverage (and a minimum 150mbps speed via wifi) and no drop outs. This setup cost me a one off £110 (from Argos) so I would factor that in if you are going with a Wightfibre Package and want a coverage you would expect.I must reiterate the delivered speed is good and I am now happy with it. Just wish there was more that could be done up front to select a suitable router.
